I've been making cheesecakes in bite size servings
Cheesecake bites started my journey back in 2009. Being a college student with friends and classmates as my first customers, bite-sized desserts were the most convenient for consumption and that kept everyone craving for more, so it's been in my menu since then.
Chococoated cakes started from a friend's request
Below is the first chococoated cake I made for a friend back in 2012. My real challenge was decorating the cake with a number on top. That's how I came up with frosted maltesers. It has become a unique feature to my chococoated cakes.Now they come in different colors and goes well even with customized , handmade chocolate moulded figures.
